Sales Manager

Integrated Media Systems, the leader in Enterprise Class Visual Communications systems, has an immediate opening for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager in our Anaheim, California office. IMS designs, builds and services world-class AV systems for global clients, from Fortune 100 companies to federal agencies. If you have experience consulting with C level clients, have a technology background in AV or IT, are motivated to build a sales team and help your clients succeed while earning a great living and the respect of your peers, then this is the job for you.

Qualified applicants will possess:

Degree in business, communications, video production, or technology
At least 5 years of experience in media, AV design/integration and AV and/or videoconferencing sales
At least 5 years management experience
Strong sales foundation in AV technology or data/telecom.
Ability to comfortably communicate with skilled technical and user staff, architects, and consultants
Knowledge of modern enterprise class integration solutions and products
Public speaking skills
Persuasive written communications skills
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage, motivate and oversee day to day activities of all sales staff
- Develop a sales plan by region to establish and maintain effective and efficient sales for each region
- Review and assist in the development of new sales proposals. Approve sales proposals per company sales policy and guidelines.
- Provide oversight of pricing of all costs associated with the sale of projects and products
- Development of sales programs, promotions and materials
- Administrate and enforce sales team recruitment, employment agreements and expense policies
- Schedule and run regularly scheduled sales meetings
- Identification and management of appropriate vertical market and geographical territorial delegation to sales personnel
- Oversee and enforce sales personnel reporting, accountability and communication procedures
- Provide regular and timely monthly reporting, including analysis and comments of sales forecasts
- Review and approve sales commissions for all sales staff prior to release for payment
